The Zinc Die Cast
Department is well known for having the capability to barrel plate
zinc die casting to withstand prolonged high temperature (400 degree
F) with no blistering, able to resist 2000 hours of 85-85 humidity
while holding tolerances of .0003" on an internal bore diameter.
The Rack Department has a
2-arm 75 foot automated plating line able to copper and nickel plate
50,000 zinc die cast parts in an eight hour shift.
