The facility at 1010 Jersey
Avenue was built and owned by founders Harry and Marty
Sica in the 1940's. Their operation was downsized to the
596 facility at the end of World War II. To expand
operations, in Spring 2001, NBP repurchased and fully
renovated the 1010 facility.
