- NBP has certifications of AS9100
Rev. C & ISO 9001:2008, Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean
Manufacturing. The Quality Department consists of 7 full time
and 4 part time employees.
- When an order is received, the
part is logged in our computer system with process information,
a testing inspection plan, along with packaging and shipping
information which is posted on each internal router.
We have the capability to analyze, test and evaluate all in
house processes as well as finished plated products. Thickness
of plating is measured by X-ray fluorescence.
