Each part is logged in our
computer system with process information, a testing
inspection plan, along with packaging and shipping
information which is posted on each internal router.
We have the capability
to analyze, test and evaluate all in house processes as
well as finished plated products. Thickness of plating
is measured by X-ray fluorescence and metallographic
cross section. Use of a Scanning Electron Microscope is
available to our firm.
