New Brunswick Plating is known worldwide for barrel plating complex, tight tolerance zinc die cast parts with chemical milling, copper plating, bright nickel plating, electroless nickel plating, gold plating, silver plating, tin plating, tin lead plating, tin nickel plating, zinc plating, and a variety of other finishes.

We strive to be the technological leaders in the plating industry. Our three in house chemist provide superior technical assistance and services to our customers in addition to process development, control and engineering.

 

Our laboratory services include various testing procedures for specification compliance and failure analysis including: x-ray fluorescence, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope, cross-section, physical testing (salt spray, humidity,) and chemical testing.

Our certified Quality Assurance department continues to strive for improvements. It is AS9100 & ISO9002, Six Sigma, Lean Manufactured Certified. In process inspections are preformed using a variety of methods including x-ray fluorescence. Our in house laboratory experts monitors and maintains all processes using 2 atomic absorption units, titration and other methods.
